AGC Tech ("we," "our," or "us") operates the All About Baby mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (encrypted). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Child Data: You may enter your child's name, birthday, weight, clothing size, shoe size, and feeding preferences. This data is stored securely and only accessible by you and any family members you invite.

Tracking Data: Feeding logs, sleep records, diaper changes, tasks, and supply inventory that you enter into the app.

Subscription Data: If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple or Google). We do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide and improve the app's functionality, including:

• Displaying your child's tracking data and history
• Enabling family sharing features
• Managing your subscription and account
• Sending optional reminders and notifications

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared only in these cases:

• With family members you explicitly invite via the Family Sharing feature
• With service providers (hosting, authentication) necessary to operate the app
• If required by law or legal process

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, secure HTTPS connections, and session-based authentication. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

The app is designed for parents and caregivers to track information about their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. All child-related data is entered and managed by the parent or caregiver.

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In (authentication)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
